Woah this is so interesting. I have not heard of this before. Just picked up a copy of Waking Up, and hope to explore The Headless Way and other rabbit holes down spirituality!

Enjoy! I've often recommended Waking Up (the book and the app) to friends who come from more of a rational/scientific background but are curious about meditation.

Thanks Chris, I've seen that one in my Amazon recommendations but haven't picked it up yet. I think your recommendation has tipped me over the edge.

Another wonderful read Chris! I was just meditating on these ideas as I finished a re-read of Tozer's Pursuit of God: "The mystic labors to free us from the heresy that the spiritual and the secular may be separated." That non-dual awareness is perhaps the integration we all crave. Looking forward to following the thread with those videos you referenced.

I like that quote! Indeed, how can the spiritual and secular be separated when everything we experience is mediated by consciousness, and the quality of our consciousness? I'd be curious to hear what you think if you try more of the experiments in the videos :)
