Thanks, Michelle! Yes, our time has largely been structured by our employers since the Industrial Revolution. Any opportunity to escape clock-time, even briefly, should be exploited :)
One of the coach training courses I joined was called Kairos. Like Michelle I enjoyed a reminder of kairos and shifting our habitual relationships with time

Kairos is a cool concept. I think I first encountered it in grad school, studying Jung.
