Have you had a lucid dream, yet, Hesam? I have some experience with it and I could probably get you up to speed pretty quickly. I will definitely write about lucidity later in this post series :)
I have, and there have been moments where I've realized it and been able to act on the dream. It was fascinating. I also started reading Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by LaBerge and Rheingold a while back but never got around to finishing it. Your series will hopefully kickstart me back into action :)
I heard about lucid dreaming before. Are this the same thing?
And I forget dreams as soon as I open my eyes, so sometimes I try to type on my phone with eyes closed. Crazy experience!
Hey Rohan, this article is not about lucid dreaming, but I did write one about that here: https://chriscordry.substack.com/p/how-to-have-lucid-dreams
You can also try voice recording your dream if that helps!
Super insightful. Great article Chris. Loved it
Thanks, Tommy!
Reading this before your latest essay! This bit was a good reminder:
Beware of the thought that says “Oh, I’ll remember it. I’ll just go back to sleep and write it down later.” No, you probably won’t.
When I was younger, I used to want to lucid dream. Looking forward to the rest of this series!

Awesome. That Laberge book is a classic and very actionable. I look forward to hearing about all your future lucid dream experiences, Hesam :)
