Hello, friends!
Today, I’m excited to share something I’ve been wanting to do for years, and have finally brought into being…
The Mind, Meaning, and Magic podcast!
This first episode is a conversation with Connirae Andreas, Ph.D., a true pioneer in the fields of personal growth, psychological healing, and spiritual awakening.
Connirae was one of the original NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) students and trainers in the 70s, and is best known today as the creator of Core Transformation and The Wholeness Work, methods that work to heal and integrate parts of the self and dissolve the underlying structures that hold problems in place.
Here’s some of what you’ll find in this episode:
What drew Connirae to the worlds of personal growth, healing, and spirituality
A life-changing encounter with Milton Erickson, the godfather of modern clinical hypnosis and one of the greatest therapists of all time
Connirae’s awakening to deep sense of wellbeing and okayness
The difference between Core Transformation and other parts work methods like IFS
A guided intro to The Wholeness Work
Connirae has a lovely presence, and I think you’ll appreciate this conversation with her as much as I did.
You can listen to the audio here on Substack, or find the show on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.
Since this is the first episode, I would love it if you click “Subscribe” in your favorite podcast app and, if you enjoy the show, leave me up to a 5 star rating to help more people find the podcast.
If this episode intrigues you and you want to learn more about Connirae’s work, you can find free video introductions to both Core Transformation and The Wholeness Work at andreasnlp.com.
Connirae’s latest book is The Wholeness Work Essential Guide: Level 1, Healing and Awakening. I have a copy and recommend it.
And if you’re ready for a deep dive, Connirae has a live training in The Wholeness Work starting on November 4th!
I had the opportunity to take the Core Transformation training last year and I can personally vouch for the quality of trainings put out by Andreas NLP. Connirae and Tamara have decades of training experience, and unlike a lot of other Zoom trainings, they not only teach skills effectively but keep you engaged the whole time.
Anyway, that’s all for today! Stay tuned for more posts and podcast episodes.
As always, thanks for reading (and now, listening too),
Chris Cordry, LMFT
PS: In case you can’t tell, I’m really excited about this podcast. If you enjoy it, do me a favor and send it to a friend who you think might appreciate it, too. Thanks!
